They have their minimum, I have my maximum, and the two simply do not meet.

It is a lovely property, but that number does not work for me.

Although I didn’t buy the property he had shown me, I must compliment João on his efforts to close the deal for me. Unfortunately the owners were not interested in the various offers I made but João never stopped trying. He even suggested to drop his commission but in the end, the gap between what I wanted to spend on the apartment and the figure the owners had in mind, was too big. Through the whole process João remained patient, helpful and professional. I’m glad I met him and hope he will find me something suitable soon. Oh and he’s a very friendly guy too! ;-)

Living abroad but knowing quite precisely what type of object we were looking for and in which location, João Soeiro found the perfect match very rapidly. In one visit an agreement with the seller was concluded.

João not only helped skillfully with the right approach to materialize the deal, but also helped us to find a professional trustable lawyer. Fátima Almeida helped us to find a good constructor in difficult times (COVID and full books) and she was also very helpful in getting the building permit and helping to manage the major refurbishing of the house and represent us locally.

We have also experienced a very pleasant personal relationship, far beyond what you would expect!
